HAPPY SESAME
 
Since 2005 a company in Brazil, specialized in Sesame Seeds processing, developed an exclusive technology of dying Sesame Seeds with edible colours offering thus a wide path for new Sesame Seeds application and uses to present colorfull pastries and bakery products,

With an exclusive agent to continental Europe they are suppliyng already the europen bakery industry which intends to use this product to decorate their products for the World Soccer Contest  held in Germany in June / July 2006.

Peppertrade is authorized to offer this product for the non-european markets.
The quantities are limited at this moment, due to high demand from Europe.

 

The " HAPPY SESAME" seeds are packed in 25 Kg paper bags with 18 mt per 20 ft container.
The white, black and natural colors are natural ones
For the other colors there are generally 2 types of proccess - using artificial or natural dyes - all allowed and aproved by Foods Authorities.
