Mr. Teodoro Nakano, secretary-general of Brazilian Pepper Exporters Association - ABEP who is the joint sponsor of the 37th IPC meeting to be hold in the city of Belem in Brazil this year from November 30th  to December 4th,  issued today a warning to all interested in participate in this event in order to speed-up their hotel bookings.

As per his information Belem will host at the same time another congress - the VI CONFITEA - UNESCO, during 01 to 04 December 2009 and it is expected to be attended by 1,500 persons from all over the world.

For this reason the Belem Hilton, the headquarter of the venue secured only 30 rooms left for a maximum 15 days.
